We have a 30-day return policy for products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Panama, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Appointment Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Adama Wellness Center, S.EP. for your all of your wellness service/product needs. We understand that there may be occasions when you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure the smooth operation of our business and provide the best service to all our clients, we have implemented the following appointment cancellation policy:
- Cancellation Notice:
We request a minimum of 1 days advance notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling unless the service description said differently. Failure to provide sufficient notice results in a cancellation fee.
- Cancellation Fee:
If you fail to provide the required notice for appointment cancellation or rescheduling, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged.
The cancellation fee will be applied to the payment method provided during the booking process.
- Rescheduling:
If you wish to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. Rescheduling requests made with less than 1 days notice may be subject to the cancellation fee.
- No-Shows:
If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice, you will be considered a “no-show.” No-shows will result in a cancellation fee and will affect your ability to schedule future appointments.
- Other Circumstances:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will make exceptions for emergencies or unavoidable situations. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation and potential alternatives.
- Communication:
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please refer to the booking confirmation email.
We recommend that you obtain a confirmation of your cancellation or rescheduling from our team to ensure proper record-keeping.
Please note that this policy is in place to ensure fairness to both our valued clients and our business. By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to this cancellation policy.
